  1. In startups you can make decisions very quickly compared to bigger companies and you get to work on cutting edge projects but be it a startup or a an enterprise, you need a balance contingency plan to cope with uncertain situations.
  2. Collaboration and setting the vision up at a high level are some of the main ways a technology leader can lead their team to success. You need to support your employees and make them believe in the vision so that they continually learn.
  3. Analysis paralysis is very easy to fall into. There needs to be a balance between focus on the problem statement and the drive to work around it.
  4. It's the combination of human plus machine is what gives the best results. So the lesson is to leverage your network and be up to date with the latest technology in order to solve complex problems in a timely manner.
